Customer Service: On-Line Support Role

 

Rangiora Vet Centre has 22 vets and 42 support staff across three clinics situated in idyllic countryside just 20 minutes north of Christchurch. It has served the community for over 50 years and continually strives to deliver excellence to its very loyal clients.

We have a vacancy in our customer service on-line support team for a bubbly, positive and outgoing person who loves dealing with the public.

Our ideal person would be comfortable multitasking among multiple on-line environments, experience with social media, Shopify, Go Sweet Spot and payment gateways would be an advantage. You will have fantastic people skills, attention to detail and be reliable and calm under pressure. Most of all, you need to understand what unbelievably amazing customer experience looks like!

The role is approximately 12 hours per week with some flexibility required, initially days and hours of work will be 9:00 am – 1:00 pm on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s.

The successful applicant will also be required to assist with pick, packing and dispatching of items up to 20kg.
