The opportunity has arisen for someone new to join our team, with the responsibility for managing and processing online retail orders.
We are looking for a customer service superstar, preferably with experience in online sales & support. The position requires someone to be available from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, 5 days a week. Job-share could be an option for the right candidate(s).
The ideal applicant will have experience in online sales, support and order processing. Experience with Content Management Systems or Shopify would be an advantage, and your customer service skills will need to be top notch.
We are looking for someone who:
- can multi task, has a good eye for detail and accuracy;
- possesses excellent computer, literacy and numeracy skills;
- is positive, proactive, reliable, has a “can do attitude” and can use their initiative;
- cares about customer service, has fantastic people skills and a confident phone manner
In addition, an interest in animals and their wellbeing would be an advantage, as would knowledge of the vet industry and its related providers. Some heavy lifting and physical activity is required as the role also involves routine daily packing and dispatching of orders received.
