Small Animal Veterinarian (Kaiapoi Vet Clinic)

We are currently seeking a small animal veterinarian for our Kaiapoi Clinic. The position can be tailored to suit the successful candidate and offers both flexibility with hours and days of work, with a mix of consulting and surgical duties. The role also has some team leader responsibilities with you leading the small team.

Our Kaiapoi Vet Clinic is part of the Rangiora Vet Centre team. Rangiora Vet Centre is a practice with 21 vets situated just 20 mins north of Christchurch. We are a 'family' clinic where team culture and work-life balance are important. Building strong relationships with the local community is a key to our success.

Our Kaiapoi Clinic is well resourced and being part of the Rangiora Vet Centre, you have the support and access to the wider 13 supportive small animal vets, all the equipment you would expect from a hospital standard practice, we also operate our own after-hours 24/7 facility.

We are seeking someone who is positive, proactive, have fantastic people skills, attention to detail and be reliable and calm under pressure.

Kaiapoi Vet Clinic strives to deliver excellence to its very loyal clients and is situated on the door-step of Christchurch with less than an hour from Canterbury’s natural play ground that provides skiing, fishing, boating, mountain biking, hunting, and hiking.
