Even cheetah’s have to visit the dentist!
Not even the speedy cats at Orana Wildlife Park can cheat their way out of a visit to the dentist!
While Veterinary Dentist Dr Craig Hunger flew to Christchurch to perform the root canal, Quake made a quick trip up the road in the Zoo Van to the Rangiora branch for the procedure.
The team worked with Quake in the weeks prior to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.
The Orana Wildlife Park team are delighted to report that Quake made a swift recovery and is now much happier chomping in to his food.
