About us:  

  • Mixed practice established over 50 years ago. 

  • Located 25 minutes north of Christchurch city. 

  • A 24/7, first opinion, and referral practice receiving patients from all over the South Island.  

  • Our purpose built BESTPRACTICE Hospital Standards Accredited clinic offers 3 custom designed theatres. 

  • Full in-house laboratory facilities and comprehensive diagnostic imaging, including ultrasound, digital DR X-ray, endoscopy and CT scanner.    

  • An internal medicine, surgery, and dental referral service supported by a VTS (anaesthesia and analgesia) and physio / rehab team onsite.

The opportunity: This is an exciting position in our growing Small Animal Emergency Veterinary Hospital, with a dedicated, supportive emergency critical care team. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team player, who enjoys the independence and challenge of afterhours emergency critical care medicine and surgery.
