Casual Customer Service Team Member

About the role

Casual position, no fixed hours. We're open 8am–7pm, so shifts vary across this window (including Saturdays when we open 9am-4pm). Looking for flexibility to pick up annual leave cover and last-minute sick leave cover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering phones and booking appointments

  • Greeting clients and their pets

  • Retail sales and processing payments

  • Supporting vets, nurses and technicians at the front desk

About you:

  • Must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
