We’re proud to be a thriving, independently owned practice serving North Canterbury for over 50 years. With a strong team of 35 veterinarians and over 65 dedicated support staff, we work collaboratively to provide an exceptional level of care to our clients—both two- and four-legged!

We operate from a purpose-built, BestPractice and Hospital Standards accredited facility, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a whole lot of heart.


About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Customer Service team member who thrives on delivering outstanding client experiences. You’ll be the friendly face that greets our clients, helps solve problems, and keeps things running smoothly at the front line of our business.

This is a permanent position, averaging 30 hours per week, and includes two evenings until 7pm and alternate Saturdays.


What We’re Looking For

You’re a natural people person—warm, efficient, and able to connect with anyone who walks through our doors.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Experience in retail, sales, or customer service

  • A background or strong interest in vet nursing or rural/farming life

  • Sharp attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure

  • A team-first mindset and a can-do attitude

  • A passion for creating unforgettable customer experiences
