Customer Service
Members of our customer service team are the first voice you hear when you call any of our branches, the smiley face that greets you when you enter the clinic, and the people to check you out and help you back to your car with your pet or retail purchases. They offer a range of support services for clients as well as staff.
A number of the team rotate around the branches, but no matter what branch you visit, they have access to all your pets information and can assist with your shopping decisions, booking your appointments and giving advice that best suits your pet and their needs.
