Small Animal Repeat Script Requests collect from RANGIORA branch
We understand that keeping your pet healthy and happy is a top priority, this is why we’re committed to making this process as smooth as possible.
Repeat Script Requests (24 hours or more)
One full business day is required from the time of your request to collection. This allows our team time to review the medical history and prepare the medication safely.
Urgent Requests (less than 24 hours)
Please note: an urgent script fee of $15 will apply if you require the script filled and collected in less than one business day. This is due to additional resources required to adjust our routine schedules to accommodate your urgent request.
** We will not contact you to say it is ready, please collect as soon as possible after 1 business day, or within a reasonable timeframe if you have requested an urgent script. We will only contact you if we require more information or need to see your pet.

The above information also applies to requests for scripts to be sent to other providers to dispense.
We can send your pet’s script to an external pharmacy/online provider. The charge for this is $50 per pet (not per med).
The script can be for 3 or 6 months, depending on the medication and when your pet is next due to revisit a vet.
Please allow 48 hours from requesting your script before it is available to order with your chosen provider. This allows time for our internal processes, as well as theirs.
It is the pet’s owners responsibility to order and pay for the medication from your chosen provider, once we have provided the script.
It is the pet owner’s responsibility to ensure your chosen provider dispensing your pet’s medication is aware of our guidelines and has the correct contact information.You may be charged additional fees, or we may request to see your pet before providing the script.
