Inventory & Online Customer Support

Rangiora Vet Centre is a large, well-established veterinary practice with 38 vets and 65 support staff across three clinics situated in idyllic countryside just 20 minutes north of Christchurch.

In addition to our Best Practice clinic in Rangiora, in 2027, we will be opening a new, state-of-the-art, best-practice facility in Kaiapoi, from both modern sites we will continue to provide exceptional care to our loyal clients. This role will work across both locations.

We currently have a vacancy for a motivated and reliable team member to join us in a hybrid role that combines inventory support with customer service for our online store.

This is a varied position where your day may include assisting with ordering and stock management, providing top-tier online customer support, pick, pack and dispatch of orders as well as inwards goods control. What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A willingness to provide top notch customer service

  • Good physical fitness (able to lift up to 20kg)

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Comfortable using computers and online systems

  • Reliability and adaptability

Ideally, you will also bring:

  • Passionate about customer service

  • Experience in stock management and inventory

  • Familiarity with veterinary related products

Position Details:

  • Permanent position 32 Hours per week. Monday - Thursday.

Additional hours will be required from time to time to cover leave and peak periods.
